Want to start a Family Tree?  Gather together everything you have -- papers, photos, documents and family heirlooms. Rummage through your attic or basement, the filing cabinet, the back of the closet.   Check with your relatives to see if they have any family documents they are willing to share.  Then run to the next Family Tree Maker Class!

Learn how to start building your tree using Broderbund’s Family Tree Maker.  You will learn how to organize the information you have already collected and add new information you acquire.

In session 2 you will learn how to find ancestors through historical documents including the US census and passenger lists.  You will save information for members of you tree and include documentation.
